• Is the case filed with the court / case number?

We ask these questions so that your name and the names of anyone else involved can be checked through our conflict of interest check system. This information also helps us provide you with the attorney who practices in your area of law, unless you have a specific attorney preference.

After the conflict check is complete, an office representative will call to schedule a consultation. If a conflict was discovered we may be able to refer you to another law office.
