  • Representing you at the “341” meetings where the Chapter 13 Trustee questions you about your assets, liabilities, and ability to make Chapter 13 plan payments.
  • Representing you at all Chapter 13 plan confirmation hearings held in Bankruptcy Court, and all post-confirmation proceedings through Chapter 13 discharge.
The Firm Offers Services in Chapter 11 (Business Reorganization) and Chapter 12 (Farm Reorganization) Bankruptcy Cases, Including:
  • Pre-bankruptcy counseling: requisit pre-fling credit counseling and evaluation of the case of current financial situation, bankruptcy goals, and whether Chapter 11 makes sense.
  • Preparing and filing the Chapter 11 and 12 bankruptcy petition, schedules, and other required pleadings.
  • First day motions and counseling the Chapter 11 debtor on Initial Operating Requirements.
  • In Chapter 11, preparing and filing the required Chapter 11 Disclosure Statement and a confirmable Chapter 11 Plan.
  • Representing the debtor at the Initial Debtor Interview and other meetings with the U.S. Trustee.
  • Assisting the debtor with all financial reporting (monthly operating reports and interim statements) required by the U.S. Trustee.
  • Representing the debtor at all Bankruptcy Court hearings and counseling on post-confirmation issues.
