Christina Harney


Ms. Harney has spent the last six years working in managerial positions for large health care organizations.  In this role, she became an expert in business contracts, employment law, health care law, and corporate governance.  Ms. Harney has extensive experience negotiating and resolving disputes in a corporate setting.  She also has extensive experience training groups in complex areas of law.  In this regard, Ms. Harney believes that the law should always be discussed in a way so that an average person can understand. 

Ms. Harney has experience in Bankruptcy Law and Child Welfare.  She practiced in Bankruptcy after the great recession assisting many struggling small businesses, families, and individuals.  Working in Child Welfare for two years, gave her the experience of assessing and understanding a child’s best interest.  She uses this knowledge today in helping families that are going through changes.

Ms. Harney earned her law degree at Gonzaga University School of law in Spokane, Washington, where she served on the Law Journal.  She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English at Arizona State University.  She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Arizona.  She enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time hiking, biking, camping, or kayaking.
